Matthew Fox Being Sued For $25K By Party Bus Driver due to an altercation with the Ohio bus driver, Heather Bormann, who claims that he beat her up. If you don’t know the whole story, lets take a moment to go over what had happen. Back on August 27, 2011, Fox was taken into custody after he was allegedly involved in punching a woman in her “chest and crouch area” while he was enjoying a night out on the town. It was said that Fox wanted to get back to his hotel that was downtown and decided to get onto a party bus that he was not a guest on.
Since he was not a guest on the party bus the driver had instructed him that he needed to get off her bus. Bormann told press, “He just kept staring at me with his mouth wide open and not saying anything. I told him, ‘You have to leave buddy. You are trespassing on my bus.’”
After she told him this he allegedly began hitting her on her breast and crotch area. Bormann took a swing at him in self defense. She explained, “I took one hand to his jaw and he was spitting blood. He stumbled backwards. This was my self-defense. This was the only way I could protect myself from a man beating up on a woman.”
Further talking with the press, Bromann stated that Fox was completely inebriated. She said, “He smelled like a liquor cabinet, like a bar. I told him, ‘Sorry, buddy, this is a private party. You get off my vehicle.’ I told him three times.”
Fox has yet to make a public statement about what happened that night. It is strange for a celebrity not to make a public apology, even if it is a fake one, or at least some kind of statement defending himself. Bormann is suing for $25,000 due to assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress from Fox himself.
